  1. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - Passport and visa required.  Tourist visa must be
  2. obtained by relative/sponsor in UAE,  and sponsor must meet visitor at
  3. airport.  Business visas issued only by Embassy, and require company letter
  4. and sponsor in UAE  to send a fax or telex to Embassy confirming trip.
  5. Single-entry visa valid 2 months for stay up to 30 days, $18 fee.
  6. Multiple-entry visa (for business only), valid 6 months from date of issue
  7. for maximum stay of 30 days per entry, $225 fee, paid by cash, money order
  8. or certified check.  Submit 2 application forms, 2 photo and prepaid
  9. envelope for return of passport by certified/registered mail.  AIDS test
  10. required for work or residence permits; testing must be performed upon
  11. arrival; U.S. test not accepted.  For further information contact Embassy
